17. State-Specific U.S. Privacy Disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. Société Santé intends this Privacy Policy to address disclosures commonly required under those laws, including disclosures about:
categories of Personal Information collected;
purposes for processing;
categories of Personal Information disclosed to third parties;
categories of third parties receiving the data;

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, Texas, New Jersey, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, Montana, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, or another state with an applicable privacy law, you may have rights available under that law depending on your relationship with us and the type of data at issue. Some state laws exempt certain business contact information, employment-related information, nonprofit activities, HIPAA-regulated data, GLBA-regulated data, and other categories. Your rights may therefore vary by context.
18. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Our website may recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, where required by applicable law and where technically supported for the relevant processing activity. Where state law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal in accordance with the law.
19. International Users
